Easy Abs workout for men and women at home

Are you struggling with getting 6 pack or 8 pack abs or trying to reduce your body fat, especially your tummy fat, then you are at the right place to find the solution to this problem?
                        Here, I will provide you one of the best workouts for abs with which you can probably get your six pack abs within 2-3 months if you do it as given in this article and you can do this workout at your home also. This is an easy workout suitable both for men and women.
                         
But first, you need to know that your diet will play a very important role in building your abs. Your diet should be rich in Protein, as well as it should provide you required amount of carbs and fats in order to maintain your energy level.
                                      Now first I am going to discuss with you the abs workout which you can do within 15-20 minutes and you must do this workout regularly for 6 days in a week.

Abs workout:

1). Crunches:- 3 sets of 10 to 15 reps

This is the first and most preferred exercise for building abs, you should perform it as shown in pic as it will activate your abs muscles very fast. You need to breathe in when lying down with your back as shown in the picture and breathe out when you lift your torso up and you should lift it up to the height as shown in the image only. 60-90 minutes of rest should be taken between sets. 

2). Plank:- 2 sets of 30 minutes each

Now, this exercise should be done in right manner as shown in the image.You just have to hold your body in this position as shown in pic for 30 minutes. Also, you can take rest of 1-2 minutes in between 2 sets of this exercise.


                                          3). V-ups:- 3 sets of 10 reps +                                                                       Flutter kicks:- 3 sets of maximum reps each.

This is a superset exercise in which you have to perform Flutter kicks after doing V-ups immediately without taking any rest and once you performed V-ups of 10 reps with Flutter kicks, it will be called as one set of exercise and you have to do 3 sets as it is. You can take rest of maximum 2 minutes between sets.

4). Russian twists: 10-12 reps of 2 sets.

After taking rest of 2 minutes, Russian twist exercise should be performed for 10-12 reps of 2 sets as shown in the figure.In this exercise, you can place a soft carpet on the floor to do this exercise to make yourself comfortable and you have to twist your torso at medium speed as shown in the picture. This exercise will work on your obliques in the best way and you can perform this exercise even without a ball. Also, take rest of 1-2 minutes between sets and after completing this exercise also.


5). Leg Raises:- 1 set of Maximum reps.

In this exercise first, you have to lie down on the floor as shown in pic and then slowly raise your whole legs while keeping them straight also as shown. When your legs become perpendicular to the floor, then again slowly lower them down again. This will be one rep and you have to perform maximum reps only in one set and if you are not much tired then you can perform another set of this exercise. This will work on your lower abs the most. 
                                                               So, Guys, this is the easiest workout for building 6 pack or 8 pack abs and you will see the result within 2-3 months.
