How to do bodybuilding at home: Easy and Effective 30 minutes workout.

Bodybuilding at home:-

Bodybuilding at home seems like an impossible work. Most of the persons may don't want to spend their time and money in the gym. Almost every person thinks that it is the only gym where we can build our muscles and can get a good body shape.
         But actually bodybuilding is not just linked with a gym; it is linked doing correct exercises, maintaining a proper diet schedule etc. It may be difficult to do it at home especially proper exercises, but not impossible. Even some persons at the gym were not become successful in building their body. So, By Keeping proper diet and workout you can build your body at home also.
         Before starting bodybuilding at home, you need to understand your body type, your strength and stamina, and also some basics about bodybuilding. So we first consider following essentials:-


Essential elements to keep in mind:-

Bodybuilding is not just related to getting a perfect diet and doing correct exercises but it is a combination of following elements namely-

6 Discipline.

1. Leaving the junk foods:- The reason why I mentioned this essential first is that this is one of the major obstacles in the building of the muscles. If you keep on eating fast foods/junk foods in addition to your diet then you will not become able to gain muscles and will not be able to keep your digestive system correct. So it is necessary to leave junk foods in order to gain muscles.

2 Understanding your body type:- By this, I mean that you have to understand your body's digestive system, your weight stats, your current muscles shape etc. You first have to experiment different types of workouts, different meals etc. that will work on you best. So Every person has to develop a personal workout, personal diet.

3 Proper sleep:- After the workout, your body needs to rest the most to repair the muscle tissues. The best rest you can get is that you have to sleep adequately. This does not mean that you have sleep after your workout compulsorily, but you must sleep for 7-9 hours every night for getting proper rest. And also if you are able to sleep after the workout, probably you must have time also,  for one to two hours then it is also beneficial for your muscle growth and recovering from fatigue.

4 Proper Diet:- No matter how much you exercise in a week or even a day, if you are not following a proper diet then you will not get a muscular body. Now, for a bodybuilding diet, protein is necessary
to develop muscles. But you need to get other nutrients also like carbs, fats, vitamins, fiber etc. in order to develop the best fatigue. 

5 Correct workout:- This is the major point all bodybuilders focus. But in the case of bodybuilding at home, there is a major problem of not having any equipment that is present in the gym like preacher curl machine, lat pulldown machine etc. Probably you can do exercises that require only body weight. But you may get some equipment like pull up bar or a set of dumbbells at home which will help you in body building. But in this blog, you will come to know, how to do the workout without or few affordable types of equipment.

6 Discipline:- This is the thing which will keep you going on with your routine to develop the muscular body. Whether you are following a diet or you are doing a workout, you have to maintain discipline for a long time because bodybuilding is not the matter of a few days, but it takes the longer time to develop a muscular physique. So, you have to stick with your routine.

Workout for bodybuilding at home:-

Now coming to the most important topic of this blog, bodybuilding workout for home is a major challenge that a person will face for developing the muscular body. It may be difficult to do it at home, but not impossible. Also, some guys even going to gym, not become to develop a good muscular body. So you need not worry that this workout at home will not develop muscles but determination to develop the muscles will change this myth and you will understand that this task is possible 
                        So in short, first you have to do Full Body Basic Workout for 5-6 weeks, for 5-6 days in each week, which will help you to develop the stamina for doing the advanced exercises. Below is the schedule of the basic workout that you have to do for first 5-6 weeks:-

1) Warm up: 3-5 minutes

2) Pull-ups:- 3 sets of 10 reps

3) Push-ups:- Maximum Repetitions 1 set 

4) Diamond push ups:- 10 to 20 reps of 1 set

5) Wide hand push-ups:- 15 to 30 reps of 1 set

6) Sit-ups:- Maximum reps + Leg raises:- 10 to 15 reps of 1 set

7) Lunges + Jump squats  Maximums reps of one set 

8) Planks:- 45-60 seconds of Two sets 

 

             You will be able to complete this workout within 30 minutes.Guys trust me that this workout will develop the strength to do the difficult level workout i.e. Advanced level workout that includes superset exercises and will help you pumping your muscles and I will show you this workout at the end of this blog. 
               So, This is the basic workout that you have to do for 5-6 weeks first. Important points you have to keep in mind in this workout are given below:-

1 In this schedule, you have to take rest of exactly 2 minutes in between each exercise and also in between sets. 

2 Where the + sign is mentioned then it means that you have to do both the exercise simultaneously one after the other. As given in 6th number exercise you have to leg raises after sit-ups instantly, without doing any rest.If you feel fatigue very much then you can take 10-15 seconds of rest.

3 Now in this workout, pull up exercise is also mentioned. So if you are not able to do this exercise due to not having the adequate strength then you have to do negatives of 3 sets of 8-10 reps with 2 minute of rest in between these sets.
                                Some of you may don't have the pull-up bar at your home. So It is recommended that you should install a pull-up bar at home because in all the exercises pull up/chin ups are going to increase your muscle growth as well as your strength or stamina.You can order a pull-up bar online. You can get the adjustable pull up bar, wall mounted pull up bar etc. at a very low rate from online selling sites like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
