                   Both pre and post workout are very important for gaining muscle fast. That's why lot of people are not able to gain muscles because they are mistaken in their pre and post workout meals.

But first I want to discuss the fact that it has been found by a latest scientific research that why in the post workout you should not take protein as it will waste your protein consumption during this time. The reason why you should not take protein during the post workout immediately is discussed in other post click here to look at it. Only then, You will understand that why I have adviced you following types of foods as post workout and not protein.
                                   
So, here I will discuss with you best post workout that you should take to build muscles

For skinny guys -


#1 Bananas-


For skinny guys, this is the best food that they should consume. Bananas are the best way to get good quality of simple carbs as simple carbs provide you immediate energy and glucose that your body needs after exercise because after exercise the glycogen in your body depletes and then your body require simple carbs to fill that glycogen. You should eat Bananas with them half an hour because the simple carbs can be consumed within such time. So you can eat two to three Bananas depending upon your stomach capacity or your overall diet as you may be consuming too much carbs in your whole day

#2 Any fruit juice/ glucose-


Also you can consume any type of fruit juice like apple juice orange juice or mix fruit juice and glucose C/D or glucose because fruit juice will provide you the necessary carbs that your body need and it will provide you essential electrolytes that your body depletes during exercise and it will energize you again.

#3 Sweet potato or boiled potato-


Sweet potato boiled potato is an another best way to get good quality of carbs so you can take sweet potato instead of banana if you feel bored with consuming so much Bananas . You can take one cup of sweet potato after half an hour or an hour.

For fatty persons-

                       Those who are fatty and who want to lose weight should not eat anything in this time. You can drink some water but don't eat anything within one hour after exercise. But consume a whole meal  in which you should eat one hour after exercise.
