Is taking protein supplements and food in pre and post workout a complete wastage?- Mistake or not

Hello guys I will discuss to you in this post that why consuming protein foods and supplements in pre and post workout is a complete wastage.

                                Many of you will not have believed or probably said about me that I  don't know about nutrition. As most of the trainers have recommended you to take protein as a primary thing in the pre and post workout but here I will prove you y it will not be beneficial to you.
                          And I am not saying it in my own opinion but many researches has proved that and I also recommend you to not take protein in pre and post workout

For post workout-

Now most of the gym trainers and bodybuilders will recommend you taking protein in the pre and post workout is the best time for gaining muscles .But in many  latest research it is revealed that your body does not consume protein as amino acids but it converts protein as glycogen in your body
               Reason-  This is because your body whenever feels that it has very less glycogen stored in the muscles, it  tries whatever it takes as food to convert it into glucose so that it can fulfill the glycogen requirement of the muscles
Our body has such type of system that it can fulfill its energy requirements from its food consumption. You may be taking protein or you may be taking fats from your post workout meal , but your body will convert this protein or fat into the glucose which will be just like your carbs consumption. And just like in pre workout you will not require protein at this time, you body will require more glucose or carbs as pre workout meal as you you will require energy before going to exercise in gym and  you probably know that carbs are the best source of energy and whatever you take as a proteins in your body before the workout, it will try to convert that proteins also into the glycogen or glucose.

So what should you do?
